Hi there, I am Michael!
I was born and raised in Duluth, MN. After high school, I attended Montana State University. With a couple of years under my belt as a small business owner and college student, I decided to transfer to the University of North Dakota, where I studied both Finance and Commercial Aviation. I ultimately earned my Pilot License and a Finance Degree. My main goal as a Mortgage Consultant is to help non-traditional borrowers finance their home. As a broker partnered with a variety of lenders, I have access to creative financing and can use non-typical income documentation. As brokers like to say, "Every lender can write a loan for W-2 employees, however, not every lender can write a loan for a ride share driver." This type of creativity keeps me going and I love the challenge of putting a file together that will change someone’s life.
Outside of helping clients, I always enjoy anything and everything outdoors. Most will find me exploring new trails with my GSP Randall, or sailing on Lake Superior, when the weather permits. If I do not pick up, I am probably in the Boundary Waters, canoeing or pulling a sled. Do not worry, I will always get back to you!
