My Name is Ben Omundson and I started in the mortgage industry in 2009. I use my experience to shop multiple different lenders to find the most appropriate program for my clients. My nick name is Benny Gold because my word is as good as gold!
I have completed many loans that other banks and lenders have not been able to complete for whatever reason and my clients always come first.
I am constant communication with them throughout the loan process. I have refinanced and bought homes myself!
The number one issue I had was not hearing from my lender and wondering what is going on. As my client you will always be fully informed.
I provide a smooth and easy loan process for the client. I am also very big on educating the client ahead of time so they have proper expectaitons.
